Building Committee News
The library has completed its Long-Range Planning process in June 2008. Rodney Perry, of Britton Consultancy, worked with the Planning Committee and many other groups (Library Board of Trustees, Friends of the Library, Library Staff and Building Committee) and individuals (town officials, focus group participants) to develop the plan. In addition to the Long-Range Plan, our consultant developed the building program document that will be needed before the town applies for a construction grant. What a Modern Library includes Long Range Plan and Building Program Building Committee is hopeful that the Town will be able to purchase property soon. Please be on the lookout for information.
